By accessing, registering, or purchasing through our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:
Technical issues preventing successful service delivery
Incorrect product received
Damaged product received
Non-delivery of product or service
Duplicate payment made accidentally
Payment deducted but registration/order not confirmed
Event cancelled permanently by the organizer
All approved refunds will be processed within 48 hours to 15 working days, depending on the payment gateway and banking process.

2. Painting Competition Registration Fees
Non-Refundable Registration Fees
All registration fees paid for participation in:
Painting Competitions
Art Contests
Online Competitions
International Competitions
Workshops
Exhibitions
Art Festivals
are generally non-refundable and non-transferable once registration is completed successfully.
This policy applies because event planning, administration, judging, marketing, and participation arrangements begin immediately after registration.
Exceptions for Refund
Refund requests may be considered only under the following situations:
a) Duplicate Payment
If a participant accidentally makes multiple payments for the same registration.
b) Technical Payment Failure
If payment is deducted from the participant’s account but the registration is not successfully generated due to a technical issue.
c) Cancellation by Organizer
If the competition, workshop, exhibition, or event is cancelled permanently by SAC.
d) Major Event Changes
If substantial changes are made to the event format, date, or venue that make participation impossible.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
3. Cancellation of Competition or Event by Organizer
SAC reserves the right to:
Cancel
Postpone
Reschedule
Modify
any competition, workshop, exhibition, or event due to:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Technical failures
Low participation
Safety concerns
Unavoidable operational circumstances
In such cases:
Participants may receive a full or partial refund, OR
Registration may be transferred to a future event, at the discretion of SAC.
SAC shall not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, including travel, accommodation, shipping, or personal costs.
4. Artwork, Painting & Art Product Returns
Returns may be accepted for physical products only in the following cases:
Damaged item received
Wrong product delivered
Manufacturing defect
Missing items in the package
To request a return:
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be provided
The item must remain unused and in original packaging
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable:
Commissioned paintings
Customized artworks
Digital downloads
Certificates
Participation kits already used
Opened art materials
Downloadable content
Workshop recordings
Gift vouchers
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share order details and supporting images/videos
Our support team will verify the issue
Replacement or refund will be initiated after approval
SAC reserves the right to reject claims if sufficient proof is not provided.
7. Non-Delivery of Product
If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeline due to our error, you may be eligible for:
Full refund, OR
Reshipment of the product
Delivery delays caused by courier companies, customs, natural disasters, strikes, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer are not eligible for guaranteed refunds.
8. Refund Processing Timeline
Once approved:
Refunds are generally processed within 48 hours
Banking/payment gateway settlement may take 7–15 working days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only
SAC is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
9. International Orders & Participation
For international participants and overseas orders:
Currency conversion charges are non-refundable
International shipping/custom duties are non-refundable
Refund timelines may vary based on country and payment provider
Participants are responsible for complying with their local laws and customs regulations.
10. Fraudulent Transactions
SAC reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases involving:
Fraudulent activity
Policy abuse
Misrepresentation
Unauthorized transactions
Violation of competition rules or website terms
Legal action may be taken where necessary.
